Strategic Partnership Between International Radiology Centre and Sharjah Women’s Sports Club to Empower Women in Health and Sport
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates – In a step that reflects a shared commitment to social responsibility and the advancement of smart healthcare, the International Radiology Centre has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club. The agreement aims to support women’s health and enhance the wellness and sports environment for female professionals and athletes.
The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Sharjah Women’s Sports Club in the presence of Her Excellency Moza Saif Al Shamsi, Director General of the Club; Professor Ahmed ElSerafi, Chairman of the International Radiology Centre; and Eng. Khaled Maged, Operations Director.
This partnership comes in line with the UAE’s national direction to promote women’s health and reinforce the pivotal role of women in society through preventive care initiatives and modern technology.
Under the agreement, the International Radiology Centre will provide a range of high-quality medical services, including radiology and laboratory services with exclusive discounts for the Club’s staff and athletes, support for awareness programmes and early detection of rheumatoid diseases and osteoporosis, organisation of on-site activities and educational workshops within and outside the centre, as well as orientation visits and group screenings using advanced medical artificial intelligence tools. In addition, both parties will collaborate on research initiatives in the fields of rheumatology and disease prevention related to women’s health.
The International Radiology Centre affirmed that this initiative is part of its integrated vision to empower women through advanced healthcare, harnessing smart technologies for early diagnosis, and building impactful, long-term partnerships with leading national institutions.
The meeting concluded with a shared message: “Health begins with awareness, and every partnership brings with it a true opportunity to create lasting impact within the community.
