The Customer Representatives calls each patient scheduled for a procedure as soon as they received the approvals from the insurance company - unless the appointment will be paid by cash. During this call, the customer representatives reviews the patient's medical history and medication list and gives the patient instructions based on the type of procedure that is planned.
Patients should arrive 30 minutes to one hour before their scheduled appointment time and register at the receptionist with the necessary documents needed. After registration you will be asked about your medical history and your questionnaire and consent forms will be verified.
Patients should leave all valuables at home.
Patients who will receive sedation or anesthesia during their procedure should be accompanied by a responsible adult who will be able to drive the patient home.
